Montreal, Canada

Comments: Quick recap: Five of my friend and myself, went to Montreal during Columbus day weekend (US public holiday). Two of my friends, Faisal and Zeeshan, didn't have a Canadian Visa but still came along, hoping the Immigration officer at the border would let them enter Canada. As we drove past, Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Vermont (the latter two reminded me of Switzerland, with a combined population of 20 people), we took some photo's at some beautiful locations. Anyway at the border, the Immigration officer, didn't let those two enter Canada, but my other friends and I left them and continued the journey towards Montreal, while those went back to Boston.
Montreal is a nice French City. The people, won't speak English, even though they know the language, and the city was full of American college students, who all came up here for one purpose, to get drunk, as the drinking age in Canada is 18, compared to US 21. There was lot to do there, but the weather was really cold, I mean really cold and rainy. We stayed in a hotel. Actually what happened was that it was us four, and we met up with other friends from College, and booked one room in a five star hotel (eight people) and we all chipped into the room charge. As one expects, less sleep and a lot of fooling about occurred. We left on Sunday night, 2:00 A.M. since everyone of us had an exam the following two days, we got back to college, Monday morning at 7:00 A.M. all real tried. But the purpose was to have fun, and it certainly was fun. Enough narrative, check out the pictures.

... and we even took one in Vermont. Time is 4:20 P.M. and Montreal was 3 hours away.
